Information you choose to provide
The inquiry form requests a property address, name, email, and phone number. You can also provide property condition, selling timeline, and notes. Do not include sensitive identification, banking, or health information.
How information is used
DreamPath uses property inquiries to evaluate a possible purchase, respond to questions, and communicate about the requested transaction. Submitting the form does not authorize automated marketing texts and does not commit you to selling.
Storage and service providers
Our forms store inquiries in a Cloudflare database and use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent abuse. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP address and browser information. Resend sends inquiry notifications to DreamPath’s private Gmail inbox. Google processes those messages as the email provider. We do not currently send inquiries to a customer-management webhook.
Optional address suggestions
When address suggestions are available, choosing “Find my full address” loads Google Places. Text entered into that search and technical information such as your IP address are sent to Google to return suggestions. You can enter your street, town, and ZIP manually without using Google’s address search. A suggested match is not a guarantee that an address is valid or deliverable.
Security and retention
Database inquiry records are automatically removed after 90 days. Notification emails and any records kept outside the website database are separate copies; that database cleanup does not delete them. DreamPath must manage those copies separately. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Browser storage and analytics
This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics. It uses temporary browser session storage to carry a property address once between form steps and to show a submission confirmation. The address is removed from that storage after it is read. Turnstile may process device and security signals under Cloudflare’s privacy terms.
Your questions and requests
Send a privacy question or request to DreamPath. This form asks for your name, email, and request without requiring a property address or phone number. Use it to ask about access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify the request and consider applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Changes to services or data practices require a corresponding policy update. Review this page for the current policy and effective date.
